Your responsibilities: • Identify affected parts using ERP, NCR and fault management systems. • Determine quantities, locations and status of suspect material. • Coordinate the collection and quarantine of affected stock. • Execute recall and quarantine actions in accordance with containment procedures. • Support urgent containment actions on critical quality issues. • Update part status within Epicor and associated quality systems. • Maintain accurate records of quarantined and inspected material. • Generate containment reports and status updates. • Track progress of containment activities through to completion. • Raise and manage containment-related transactions and jobs.
Your experience: • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings. • Understanding of first principle dimensional inspection techniques. • Understanding of part traceability and material control. • Good appreciation of quality processes and non-conformance management.
