About the role

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

TRUCK RACING CHAMPIONSHIP SPORTING COORDINATION

- Coordinate the day-to-day sporting administration of the Truck Racing Championship, ensuring compliance with FIA requirements, sporting regulations and established procedures. - Manage the championship entry process and entry platform where applicable, including competitor support, document follow-up and deadline monitoring. - Review entry documentation and prepare any non-standard or eligibility-related matters for validation by the relevant Championship Manager or competent FIA body. - Coordinate routine communications with teams, ASNs, officials and internal FIA departments on sporting and operational matters.

HISTORIC CHAMPIONSHIPS SPORTING COORDINATION

- Coordinate day-to-day sporting and administrative matters related to Historic Championships, in liaison with the Historic Championships & Commission Manager. - Prepare sporting documents, procedures and information notes for review and validation by the relevant manager or governance body. - Follow up championship-related actions, regulatory updates and stakeholder requests. - Ensure proper coordination between Historic championship activities, commission work and FIA internal processes.

SPORTING DOCUMENTATION

- Prepare, review and maintain sporting documents for events and championships, including procedures, notes to competitors, operational guidelines and Stewards' Handbooks. - Ensure sporting documents remain aligned with current FIA regulations, championship requirements and operational practices. - Prepare draft amendments or updates for validation by the relevant Championship Manager and, where applicable, FIA governance bodies. - Coordinate the circulation of validated documents to the relevant internal and external stakeholders.

ON-SITE EVENT OPERATIONS AND RACE CONTROL SUPPORT

Race Control and Stewards support

- Support the Race Director and Race Control team during events, including preparation and coordination of operational procedures, messaging systems, radio communications, incident follow-up and parc fermé processes. - Prepare Race Control documentation, checklists and briefing materials in advance of events. - Assist the Stewards during events by coordinating administrative and operational processes, including official documentation, communication flows and distribution of decisions. - Prepare incident-related documentation or reports for review by the Race Director or Stewards, without substituting for their sporting decision-making authority. - Operate FIA onboard camera systems and retrieve footage when requested by the Race Director or Stewards for sporting or regulatory purposes.

Commission, committee and stakeholder coordination

- Attend meetings of the Truck Racing Commission, Historic Commission and related working groups as Sporting Coordinator. - Prepare agendas, working documents, meeting dossiers and follow-up notes for review and validation where required. - Maintain records of commission activities, recommendations and decisions. - Follow up action items resulting from commission meetings and coordinate with relevant FIA departments or stakeholders. - Escalate sensitive, strategic or policy-related matters to the relevant Championship Manager or Head of Racing & Historic.

Operational and administrative coordination

- Coordinate the operational needs of FIA staff on-site in relation to Truck Racing and Historic activities. - Support implementation of FIA sporting requirements during events. - Ensure effective preparation, follow-up and filing of sporting and operational documentation. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of sporting and operational processes within the scope of the role.

PROFILE:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in motorsport sporting operations, championship coordination, race administration or equivalent. - Proven practical on-site experience and regular interaction with Race Control, Stewards, Race Directors, officials, teams and championship stakeholders. - Strong understanding of motorsport sporting regulations, event operations and regulatory processes. - Ability to work autonomously, manage priorities and identify matters requiring validation or escalation. - Strong organisational, drafting and communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear sporting and operational documentation. - Ability to work under pressure in an event environment and to interact professionally with officials, competitors and internal departments. - Fluent in English; French would be an advantage. - Available from December 2026.
